Zhang Baifeng Reviews Safety and Meets Frontline Staff at SICOMA

On September 20, 2026, Zhang Baifeng led a delegation to Zhuhai SICOMA to inspect production safety and meet frontline employees ahead of the holiday period.

The team visited workshops and warehouses, reviewing equipment operation, fire and electrical safety, contractor management, staff training and holiday duty arrangements. The visit also addressed employees’ working and living conditions.

According to SICOMA’s report, Zhang called for clearer management accountability, regular checks for machinery and fire hazards, and documented follow-up on corrective actions. He also emphasized emergency planning, evacuation drills and adequate holiday staffing. Managers were asked to monitor seasonal conditions and employee wellbeing so that emerging risks could be addressed promptly.
